Please note: Things to know before you go to Walt Disney World Resort: 1. From May 1st 2019, All Walt Disney World Parks will become Smoke-Free. Designated smoking areas will be available outside of the parks. This includes the water parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. 2. From May 1st 2019, strollers/prams/buggies must be 31" wide and 52" long or smaller. 3. As a reminder, wagons are not permitted in our parks. From 1st May, stroller wagons will also no longer be permitted 4.Loose & Dry Ice are not permitted in our parks as of 28th March 2019. Reusable ice packs are recommended. Only guests aged 21 and over are allowed to drive hire cars under Florida law. If there are no drivers aged 21 or over, the car will be refused on arrival. Please note that the US government has introduced new guidelines on all flights to the United States. It relates to additional security searches and also restrictions on carrying powder like substances in hand luggage in quantities greater than 12oz or 350ml. For more information please visit our travel information tab on our homepage Customers who are boarding flights to the US may be requested to have additional checks on their electronic devices – such as phones, laptops, tablets, e-readers, power cables and transformers – by airport security personnel. For TUI, First Choice & Marella Cruise this only affects customers travelling on outbound flights to the US from the UK. If you have any concerns with any of your devices, we would advise that you either leave these items at home or place these items into your hold luggage. Please be aware that batteries and power banks cannot be carried in your hold luggage, and will have to carried in your hand luggage. Please also note that when airport security personnel check your devices they may be confiscated or destroyed if they show any signs of the below:
• internal or external damage to the device
• device having been tampered with
• if the device cannot be removed from a protective case
• if the device triggers the explosives trace detection alarm.

As a result of COVID-19, when Walt Disney World Resort in Florida reopens its Parks, Resorts, restaurants, attractions, and experiences – you can expect some changes to the ways in which they’re operated. These changes could include the following: they could be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. All of these changes are based on advice from health experts and government officials to make sure guests are able to enjoy the Parks safely. To manage attendance in their Parks, Walt Disney World Resort has introduced the Disney Park Pass system, a new Theme Park reservation system that you can access on mydisneyexperience.co.uk. All guests must reserve their Theme Park entry in advance for all dates up to and including September 26 2021 using this system. To book your reservations, you’ll need to visit My Disney Experience www.mydisneyexperience.co.uk and log in or create a profile. Use your TUI booking reference number and lead passenger name to link the ticket to your profile, and check for the date and Theme Park you wish to visit. To enter a Disney Park, you’ll need both a reservation and valid admission for the same Park on the same date. Please note that reservations are limited in capacity, subject to availability and are not guaranteed until they’re confirmed. Park reservation availability is expected to vary from time to time. We recommend using this tool to check availability before you purchase your tickets. We’re sure you’ll have questions about what to expect when you visit Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. The US Department of Homeland Security has separate enhanced security screening procedures in place for all commercial flights to the US. This means that customers travelling to the USA may be subject to questioning by security staff at check-in. As a result of this, we are unfortunately unable to offer day before check-in for TUI Airways flights at Birmingham, Gatwick and Manchester airports for any customers travelling to Sanford, Florida. We have, however, organised dedicated check in areas which will open a minimum of three hours prior to departure for these flights at these airports. Entry, passport and visa requirements apply. The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations.
