As an independent travel affiliate of Merlin Travel Group, our customers are also protect by their membership of PTS Number 5434 (Protected Trust Services). When booking a holiday or single aspect with us, as affiliates of a PTS member, you can be assured thatย yourย fundsย are protected. In the unlikely event that our member fails. All funds are held in an independent Trust Account, forย yourย peace of mind.
With every booking, PTS takes out a supplier failure insurance so that in the unlikely event that one or more of the packages suppliers were to cease trading before your holiday, your finances would be fully protected and refundable. With every booking we apply a ยฃ20 non-refundable fee to cover this insurance.
