When booking a holiday or single aspect with us, as affiliates of a PTS member, you can be assured that your funds are protected. In the unlikely event that our member fails. Do I need insurance ?

Go Magical strongly recommends travel insurance to protect travelers from cancellation fees and penalties, weather events and trip interruption, and the cost of medical assistance, repatriation or other logistics in the event of accident, illness or death. Insurance coverages’ vary; please request travel insurance options from us today.

Passports & Visas ?

In addition to your home country in the UK, each country you may travel to has its own visa and passport requirements for entry and exit, some of which are complex and subject to change at short notice. You should always confirm you have the correct travel documents and that they are valid for at least 6 months after your travel is complete. Use official sources, such as the government website for a specific country. Leave plenty of time to obtain the necessary documents prior to travel.

How do I contact the FCO ?

When booking a holiday or single aspect with us, as affiliates of a PTS member, you can be assured that your funds are protected. All payment are made securely online via this PTS Service.

Making a payment is easy and quick. Option 1, You can use our card payment gateway to securely pay for your holiday from the comfort of your own home. Can I amend or cancel my booking ?

Each travel supplier has its own terms and conditions regarding amendments and cancellations. You should receive these documents when you book your travel but you can always request to see a copy from us at anytime.

What currency do I need ?

As a worldwide travel company, bookings with Go Magical can be made in a variety of currencies (ask us today if your preferred currency is included) however if you are vacationing outside of the UK you may require the local currency of that country your visiting to make purchases while away, such as tipping your servers, buying food & drink or going on excursions.

Contactless is a widely accepted form of payment in many countries across the world. Travellers cheques are also a good option for carrying foreign currency as these are insured against loss or theft. Local banks are your best option for cashing travellers cheques. Some UK Banks also offer alternative currency pre-paid credit cards, ask your personal bank for more information. Lastly you could open a Wise or a Revolut account in the currency of your destination and make transfers into it so you have local funds during your travel on an easy to use card.
