Are you ABTA members ?

Yes, Fly Mickey Travel Ltd is an independent travel affiliate of InteleTravel UK who are a member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails.

Am I covered by ATOL ?

ATOL – Air Travel Organisers Licence
Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL financial protection scheme through our supplier partners (travel brands). But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. Do I need insurance ?

Fly Mickey Travel Ltd strongly recommends travel insurance to protect travelers from cancellation fees and penalties, weather events and trip interruption, and the cost of medical assistance, repatriation or other logistics in the event of accident, illness or death. Insurance coverage’s vary; please request travel insurance options from us today.

Passports & Visas ?

In addition to your home country in the UK, each country you may travel to has its own visa and passport requirements for entry and exit, some of which are complex and subject to change at short notice. You should always confirm you have the correct travel documents and that they are valid for at least 6 months after your travel is complete. Use official sources, such as the government website for a specific country. Leave plenty of time to obtain the necessary documents prior to travel. Travelers should seek advice on recommended vaccinations and precautions from a health professional, ideally at least 8 weeks before departure. What is an 'Independent Travel Agents' ?

Fly Mickey Travel Ltd is an affiliate member of the host travel agency InteleTravel UK. Through this affiliation we are able source and promote the very best deals & packages to our customers from multiple preferred travel partners. As we are not tied to any one travel company option, we are free to help create your dream vacations by finding you the best flights, hotels, attraction tickets, car hire, insurance, sightseeing & cruises etc that fits with your budget and requirements.

How do I pay for my booking ?

Purchase travel through Fly Mickey Travel Ltd with peace of mind – your money and your dream trip are protected and secure. We will never ask for cash or  personal payments. Your payments always go directly to the travel supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline, etc.) or direct to InteleTravel UK.

All we need is your authorization to process your booking electronically with the supplier(s) using a debit or credit card via an authorization form facility.

Can I amend or cancel my booking ?

Each travel supplier has its own terms and conditions regarding amendments and cancellations. You should receive these documents when you book your travel but you can always request to see a copy from us at anytime.

What currency do I need ?

Travel bookings are always made in GBP however if you are vacationing outside of the UK you may require the local currency of that country to make purchases while away, such as tipping your servers, buying food & drink or going on excursions.

Travellers cheques are a good option for currency as these are insured against loss or theft. Local banks are your best option for cashing travellers cheques. Some UK Banks also offer alternative currency pre-paid credit cards, ask your personal bank for more information.

How can I get help while away ?

You will be supplied with all the information about your booking including supplier details before you leave.
