Resort Considers Widespread Entertainment Cutbacks; Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, “Moteurs, Action!”, and Many More Offerings in Danger of Ending Forever

Disneyland Paris Cast Members have received an email from COO Daniel Delcourt regarding the future (or lack thereof) of several entertainment offerings—mirroring the mass entertainment cutbacks currently taking place at Walt Disney World.

The email also addresses puppeteers, Disney Village street performers, and some musicians. Moteurs… never returned with the reopening of the parks, instead it became a modified stage for Jungle Book Jive, which never debuted due to confirmed COVID-19 cases amongst the cast.

Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show was an opening day Euro Disney attraction, while Moteurs… Action! was an opening day Walt Disney Studios Park attraction.

A version of the stunt show also appeared at Disney’s Hollywood Studios from 2005 to 2016 as Lights, Motors… Action! Stunt Show Spectacular.

Puppeteers could be from The Lucky Nugget Saloon or other venues, while musicians would include the bands who play in Town Square.

French labor laws have made it hard for Disney to cut these despite many attempts to do so over the years.
