Annual Pass Validity Prior To Current Closure.

I have a valid Annual Pass, or one that expired while the Parks were closed. What do you offer to compensate for the closed period of the Parks?

The duration of your Annual Pass and its benefits (depending on your Annual Pass type) have been extended by the number of days the Parks were temporarily closed (123 days), starting from the original expiry date of your Annual Pass.

You will find below the temporary adjustments made to your Annual Pass validity and benefits.

To thank you for your patience and understanding during this adjustment period, we are pleased to offer you an additional extension to the validity period of your Annual Pass of 30 days.

This total extension of 153 days from the initial expiry date was automatically performed by our systems. Rest assured the validity period will be extended, even if the date printed on your Annual Pass is not modified.
